Like his feline ancestors, he has large canines and deadly retractable claws on his fingers.
Akiahr's muscle mass is very accentuated as he has very little fat. He has a thin ridge of one inch long hair, fine and black, from the nape of the neck extending to a point near his hips. This ridge is capable of piloerection. When he is startled or aroused these hairs will raise.
He weighs in at around 315 pounds and stands a towering 7' 6". Often he has difficulty with things made for smaller races.
He has little concern for what he is wearing at any given time and he's not afraid to be unclothed. He's usually told what to put on. Without this 'help,' he'll wear whatever feels comfortable in. Sometimes this results in rather outlandish attire. Also, he wears no jewellery like rings, torcs or bracelets. He thinks this stuff is silly.
Personality:
Zaraiin like Akiahr are usually very serious. They are easily roused to action. Akiahr will not be coaxed into smiling as to him, that's a snarl. Since he is an individual who enjoys exploring, he occasionally manages to say or do something silly or inappropriate because of his innate curiosity and willingness to try odd, for him, things. He gets into trouble by simply being his own curious, exploratory self.
He is intelligent, well able to learn and usually manages to pick up on the behavior of others fairly quickly. Sometimes.
Humor is foreign to him, but he doesn't mind it in others.
While most Zaraiin have a deadly hate for other males, Akiahr will ignore them mostly, but he can be moved to friendship if the other isn't challenging or nasty. He will defend anyone he takes as a friend to the death if need be. He is often very hard headed and can be difficult to turn from a task he undertakes.
As for females, he is their slave pretty much and he will take behavior from them that he would never allow of another male. If having a one person male is the female's focus, which in some species it is, she will not find that in Akiahr. He is a devoted and caring stud, but it isn't in his nature to be monogamous. He doesn't romance those attracted to him, he simply befriends them and things seem to proceed from there, somewhat like friends with benefits. He isn't a creature who feels love, but he does feel affection for certain individuals. For Akiahr, sex is not only a job, it is a reward. He loves to be touched, but only by those he knows.
He is trustworthy, however he will take things. He always brings them back but often not in the same condition they started off in. There are times when his actions are misunderstood and he finds this very puzzling. With an innocence that belies his breeding and training, he is often frank and not afraid to speak his mind.
