We are the hunters, those who keep the world in balance. We are aware of what goes bump at night, and we are here to protect our own. From all different backgrounds–angry children who didn't quite fit in, bad families, hunter parents, and those who've been affected by the worst of the supernatural world–hunters are trained to destroy the supernatural. From traps to specialized weapons, hunters either hunt indescriminately or certain species; they usually hunt the trouble makers and turn a blind eye to those who try to fit in.

Of course, that's not always true.

Hunters are ruled by the Shadow Hunter - the most skilled and well respected hunter, chosen to inherit the title and to take control. In the hunters, respect must be earned, and you can often hear whispers of those who make it to the legendary status. It is rare to meet the Shadowhunter herself, which is where her spies and her Proxy come in.

	BLAKE RUSAKOV BUCKY 25 / SOCIAL MEDIA INFLUENCER / 5 POINTS LINK	Born ‘Katerina Rusakova’ to one of the oldest, most well-respected hunter families in eastern Europe, Blake and her younger brother, Alexei, are the final gems in the crown of the Rusakov lineage. Though their father was the youngest of his siblings and never likely to inherit the family’s head position, thanks to his marriage to an American movie star, his children were born both Russian and American citizens, making them uniquely situated to serve as American liaisons for the Rusakov family. Blake was raised in both countries, spending school years in sunny Los Angeles and summers at the family estate in Russia. Blake has always been drawn to the spotlight, but with a childhood spent bouncing between countries and learning as much about geometry as how to best kill a vampire, traditional means seemed out of the question. Instead, she found a home online and rose to fame as a social media influencer, mainly on YouTube and Instagram, as a teenager. She adopted the nickname ‘Blake Darling’ for her social media presence, borrowing her mother and maternal grandmother’s maiden names. Blake is confident, ambitious, and graceful. Though she may not look it, she is a hunter to the bone—a trained soldier and a deadly weapon.
	DIANA COLLINS NOSTALGIC 25 / BARTENDER / POINTS LINK	Diana was born to a single mother in New York City, and grew up knowing poverty and a deep devotion to family. After a vampire attack killed her mother, she dropped out of Columbia and eventually joined up with the Hunters. She wants to be a good person, a lovable person like her mother, but loss and abandonment issues have given a rough edge that is hard to get past. Bright, witty, and hard-pressed to be vulnerable, Diana is a loyal but withdrawn friend, and a fearsome foe.
	EVANGELINE ROMANCE FAITH 24 / GENERAL SURGEON / POINTS LINK	Never has hell looked so beautiful, from the irresistible smile to the devilish twitch of her lips when she’s satisfied her curiosities. If only she wasn’t so invested in dissecting and “exploring” supernatural kind. Then maybe she wouldn’t be a pretty face with a sadists attitude. Evangeline is best interested in the pursuit of knowledge. There are few lengths if any that she wouldn’t go through to quench her ravenous, bloodsick appetite for the truth. Evangeline lives to further understand the anatomy of other supernaturals. Outside of her hunter life she works for the military as a general surgeon in the city, but previously was a military medical specialist responsible for aiding soldiers on the battlefield.
	HARLEQUIN "HARLEY" KING STARK RAVING MAD 22 / OCCUPATION / 05 LINK	A strange but outgoing second generation hunter. Her father started training her almost as soon as she could walk. Her father never forced this life on her but as soon as she was old enough to understand his work she wanted in. Harley isn't a quitter and always gives a hundred and ten percent to everything she does. That doesn't mean she's all work and no play, she enjoys a well earned vacation as much as the next guy. She firmly believes there's no shame in losing a fight as long as you gave it your all.
	LUCY LAUDER NOSTALGIC 23 / Socialite / POINTS LINK	Lucy Lauder, daughter of a filthy rich heiress, attended the best schools that mommy's money could afford. She spent her life partying and ignoring most of the day to day responsibilities that everyone else needed to deal with. When she grew bored of working, she quit her position at her father's company and joined the Hunters, on a whim. Perhaps that's the thing that makes this sly, bubbly socialite so terrifying- everything she does is because of her chaotic impulsiveness, and she doesn't care who she hurts to get her amusement.
	NOAH SCOTT JENKINS PAO 26 / Buisnessman / POINTS LINK	He appears as the perfect man. Handsome, kind, fatherly-like, commanding, top of the line. But Noah leads a second life and uses his cover as a businessman to hide that he's a killer. A hunter of the supernatural and someone who hates these people who are "blessed" and feel they're better than the law. Noah Jenkins is a law-abiding citizen of the United States and will not tolerate anything less from anyone. His family is full of people with the same ideals as him who are also fellow hunters. It's practically genetics, just like his good looks and charming smile. This brunet is two-faced in how he acts, but when he takes on his hunter persona he shows his true colors. Not the ones every sees where he's kind, compassionate, and charitable. No, he's really heartless, cold, and cruel. He's burned people and smiled while watching. His heart is ice cold and open to only one. Just looking at his dark green eyes shows through to his dark soul and cruel ways but many overlook that when they see his charming smile that hypnotizes people into believing he's what he says, kind and honest.
	ROBIN RADLEY ROUX WISH 22 / Physical Therapist / 05 / Loner LINK	Robin Roux, more commonly known as simply “Roo”, is all pleasantries, toothy smiles and warm honey-brown eyes. One might never guess that he has ulterior motives hidden beneath carefully spun pledges of loyalty and devotion. As a lowly human, albeit one with sociopathic tendencies, it is Roo’s greatest desire to be something bigger. Something he’s willing to continue hunting down until the day he becomes the hunted. He wants to become an Aster. For now he’s content to lie in the shadows, playing the faithful puppet to a hierarchy of hunters, all the while meticulously collecting data from his superiors and supernaturals alike. He will transcend, and it is his hopes that he’ll find others like him, hoping to be a part of something greater. And after that? What better than to bite the hand that fed him?
	SERAPH "REQUIEM" RYOU FAITH 30 / PROGRAMMER / POINTS LINK	No one knows his name exactly or what lies behind his goggles and mask, but he is an odd hunter. He specializes in catching mutants, taking special pride in slaughtering them or for the very unlucky he’ll toy around with his prey. He definitely has something wrong in the head or at least a big vendetta against the mutant community. Either way he often takes hostages or enjoys using his secret weapon to even the playing field. He is often suspected of having mutant powers, largely because of one of his more secretive weapons underneath his coat sleeves. Unlike most who would simply hide a blade or a gun, he hides a flamethrower that can activate by a simple hand gesture. He makes many odd tactical weapons of his own such as flash bombs and other devices that are more strategic than harmful. One of which, he wears special golden headphones and will often attach mics throughout places he's invading so when he is in one location he can still hear from another. It is uncharacteristic of him not to take prisoners and he will often use and dispose of any useful mutants for his own gain. For the lucky or unfortunate mutants who are far too powerful to just dispose of he will kidnap and use them on multiple missions. He’s the scientist of the group.
	TOBIAS 'DREGS' BROWN ACHROMATIC 39 / PRIVATE INVESTIGATOR / POINTS LINK	Despite what you may hear about him, Tobias actually does have a soul. Growing up in Chicago during the 80s, he was a scrappy, skinny kid from humble origins. His parents worked hard to get him into a good school and to keep him out of trouble. Being street smart and resourceful was something that came naturally to him, and in a city well into its decline at the time, he, like many others, thought he could make a difference. His investigation skills helped him become a detective quite early in his career. MORE+
