LIKES
books i'm an avid reader of genre fiction, spanning from fantasy to romance to young adult and pretty much anything in between.
cats I have two cats that I consider "mine" but four cats total! my two are named orion and isabella who are a little boy kitten and grumpy old lady, respectively. in addition, my mom has diablo, who is an angel in a cat's body, and draco, a russian blue that never learned how to be a cat.
nature I live in the country and have grown up in rural communities my whole life. I can drive a tractor better than I can drive a car, and can talk your ear off about the woes of russian thistles in a hay field. I have a horse named sarah that's nothing more than a giant dog
DISLIKES
peanut butter (and pickles) thought i'd get this one out of the way up-front. it offends the pants off of people, but I hate both of these foods, and unless they're disguised on a food I like, I won't eat them.
the heat living in texas you'd think i'd have gotten used to the heat, but nope. I was born in december so i'm a winter baby through and through. i'm not one for swimming or tanning, so you'll find me inside for most of the summer and autumn seasons.
the last season of game of thrones this needs no explanations, don't @ me
MISC
rooster teeth living in texas - and having gone to college in austin - I, of course, fell in love with rooster teeth and, more specifically, achievement hunter. I love watching their content and leave it on in the background for white noise often.
video game design I minored in vgam in college and have a love/hate relationship with coding. I love working in Unity and C# to create the game, but I also hate getting stuck for hours only to realize it was a dumb semi-colon messing the whole thing up.
hamilton I know the whole official soundtrack back to front and can almost rap the lafayette part in guns and ships
hadestown when talking about musicals, I can't ignore hadestown either. I end up sobbing at the end every time I listen through it even though I know how it ends
cavetown I love listening to this cute lil bean of a guy. his music is top and great to listen to to chill out and relax.
the oh hellos/crane wives my newest fave bands. their music is so peaceful and yet also carries with it a level of fae-like whimsy i'll never get tired of listening to it.
